Unhappy Access Dryer Heating Element
Model Number: GEQ8811LW1   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 1 - 5 years   

I need to know how to access the heating element. Is it from the front or back? I have remove all of the screws that I can find and still can't remove any of the panels? HELP PLEASE.

Default front

If you push down on clips 46 on the lower front panrl. you can remove th lower panel. then you can remove heating element. make sure you unplug dryer. their is 1 screw holding element in. you have to remove that also.
