Here is the part you may need. After you open up the top you should be able to see what the problem is. You will need to take off the front also to get complete access to the drum.

Hi Kelly
Well, if it came out it sure should go back. Sometimes you need to spread the cabinet a little bit, so I suggest you get a helper and see if you can get it back in. If the problem is you have it in but it won't fit into the holder check and make sure you have installed the parts correctly. Good luck, sorry not to be more specific but wthout seeing it it is hard to determine what is not fitting. Keep at it!
