Dryer heats then goes cold
Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
About a month ago we were having trouble with our dryer. Everything pointed to the coils per other posts that we viewed on the forum. Wwe purchased a new coil kit and my husband replaced them. The dryer worked perfect. Now, less than a month later the dryer is doing the exact same thing again. It will heat-up for about 3 minutes and then it goes cold and stays cold. Could it be that we got bad coils or is there an underlying problem that is causing the coils to go bad?
