My Roper electric dryer is 3-4 years old and never missed a day of work. All of a sudden there was no heat. It coincided with the lint trap being on overload (not usually the case). I cleaned the lint trap, determined I had 240 volts to the appliance, there was continuity at the terminals of the heating element and the fuse on the exhaust port is good. Any suggestions?
