The clothes get dry and the dryer keeps running for a long time. It does stop sometimes but runs to long. I even set it to less dry and it runs for over 1 1/2 hours. When I checked the clothes they were dry and it was only half way to the stop point.

Check and see if it does this in all cycle, and let us know the results, along with your full model number

Thanks

We never use the timer cycle. We always use the auto dry cycle. The model number is DE312. Series 05

Hi Bob

I understand that you only use the auto cycle, but we need to know if the problem is in the timed cycle also, which points to a timer problem, or if not, the problem might be in the moisture sensor area.

Thanks
