Our Kenmore dryer - model 110.60602990 will turn on and tumble, however it will turn off after a few mins (5-10) and you can not start it again for at least 30 mins. Would this be the thermal fuse or the timer or something else?

If you are saying that when it turns on it heats, tumbles and start to dry your clothes, then it is probably the motor that is starting to fail.

Before doing anything, though, open up the dryer and thoroughly clean everything out, with particularly attention to the blower and the vent system. Then try it again.

If this does not fix it, think about replacing the motor.

Good luck
