Hi Robin

You should be able to access the dryer by releasing clips that hold the top to the front. Place a thin putty knife or screw drive in the gap between the top and the front at the edges. Flip the top back, take off the front, release the belt (from a panel at the back) and you can take off the drum.

This should allow you to trouble shoot it.

Good luck

This is a late response but thought someone else could benefit from my experience on loose coins. A few months ago I was given a dryer that was barely working. I took the dryer apart and found over $9 in loose change in the bottom . Some of the coins were wedged in places that made the drum difficult to turn. I almost always find some coins in dryers I work on but this is about the most found to date. Has anyone else found more money than this in a dryer ?
