Dryer Repair

Good afternoon.

I have a hotpoint dryer. Its not new and was here when I bougth the house, a couple of month ago. Model number is: HDL 507 SW 419. When it gets hot (operating temperature), the tumbler starts making a "Bagning " noise ? I dont know the exact age and wonder if it is even worth looking into or simply buying a new one ??

Hi Ron,

The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it. You can find it on the left side of the dryer cabinet.
