Model Number: 11062052100 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
Does the control panel, AP3100645, also include the electronic board? Or do these need to be purchased separately?

Per the Sears site, the control board is separate from the control panel, looks like the readout is part of the control panel and a ribbon cable goes from it to the electronic control board.
