I have removed the thermistor part 3406294 and found no resistance.and the red wire unplugged,Could this be my problem? How can I hook A 120 test cord to see if this works.I have no 240 outlet at this time.

I did Plug in 240 when bought it and that's all it did,was start for second and stop? Was thinking i could fix it. But got home and my 240 plug is out of service.
I Have gas now, but need to sell this in working condition.I guess fixing my outlet is the way to find out. Cha Ching $$$ LOL

Let us know if you would like to proceed with future diagnostics after you will restore 240v.

If you're anywhere near Columbus Ohio I'll fix it for you for $50.00 plus parts, or can help you through the process. If you can fix a dryer, you can fix a receptacle.
