Thermal fuses keep burning out. Replaced twice, first 1 load, second got 2 loads. What else should I check?

The first thing I would do in such situation is clean the dryer vent line all the way through the vent outlet. If the vent goes far away, especially if it goes on top of the roof, you will need a professional cleaning. Usually such job done by people who does air ducts cleaning.

Also take the dryer apart and clean all lint accumulated inside including the lint chute (#1 on the diagram).

Yes, there was a little lint but was relatively clean.

If you are sure there are no air flow restrictions, replace the thermal cut-off which comes as a kit, including the hi-limit thermostat. It would not hurt to replace the cycling thermostat at the same time. It is impossible to check them instrumentally if there is a wrong temperature reading by these thermostats.

- The thermal cut-off kit Part number: AP3094244
Part number: AP3094244

- The cycling thermostat Part number: AP3131939
Part number: AP3131939
