Need some opinions! Looking at buying a set of used washer / dryer for a rental unit. Both options were made in 2005 and have been reconditioned at local shops that sell use appliances. Which is more reliable:

Kenmore
Washer 11026432500
Dryer 11066112500

or

Admiral
Washer AAV7000AWW
Dryer ADE7005AYW

Both sets are about the same price and have similar warranties, but which appliance will require less maintenance in the long run? Thanks in advance

Both sets are for sale at a shop that refurbishes equipment and offers a 1 year warranty. I was wondering what the comparison would be if "as new"? Does either brand have a better reputation? Both are approximately the same price.

Thanks

I will probably jinx you on this but I would go with Kenmore.
They are made by Whirlpool.

The Admiral is made by Maytag.

I think Whirlpool has the edge here even though they own Maytag.

Also the Kenmore washer is direct drive and the Admiral is belt drive.
If you have problems in the future the direct drive is easier to work on.
