I have a Kenmore 70 series Gas dryer, model 11072702100, that recently stopped heating. It still spins up and the timer knob still functions (externally, at least).
I tested the thermal fuse on the exhaust, as well as across the large terminals on the operating thermostat and the high limit thermostat. I did disconnct a wire on each before testing, and all three tested good.
That was what I was able to reach without going futher into dissassembly, and was wondering what my next step should be.
Thanks in advance for any help.

On the side of the flame tube is flame sensor. Ohm it out, and see if you get a reading. If so, it could very well be the ignitor, that glows, to start the flame. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
