Dryer heating element keeps burning out!

Everytime I Put An Element In It Always Get Real Hot And Red Then It Burns Out.. I Dont Know Whats Going On.. Helppp!

Do you have air flow?

The heater should not come on till the motor is running and you have air flow through the unit.
