not getting hot timer not turning
Model Number: 110.86661100 Brand: -brand- Age: Less than 1 year
I have a kenmore 110.86661100 electric dryer. It is not getting hot & the knob stopped turning when it is on a more heat cycle. It does run and the knob turns when set to air only.

|
Most probable problem is a blown thermal fuse, or a bad heating element. You can temporarily short the wires to the thermal fuse located near the top of the heater housing and see if it will heat up.
