I just replaced the heating element on my dryer and I can't seem to fiqure what else I can do to get the dryer to dry. The old element looked burned and cracked. Would a try a coil next, any help would be great.

If you can, run the unit and check the temperature as it cycles on and off. If you're getting heat, the most common cause of increased drying time is a restricted or obstructed vent system.
