Hopefully someone can give me a starting point. Noticed the dryer dial stopped moving to end the drying cycle and saw it was not heating. I tried it a few times and would not work. Then I tried again and it worked for about 3 loads over the last few days. Then it stopped working again and hasn't worked since. When I start it, I can hear it click and part of the coil inside starts to glow orange. Maybe 10 seconds later it clicks again, and the part of the coil glowing shuts off. Anyone know where I should begin to troubleshoot?
Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot! I just fixed one that was glowing but wouldn't fire or would fire intermittently. The problem was the gas coils. The two prong one showed infinite resistance. I replaced it and the dryer is working good. I would make sure your vent and lint screens are nice and clean too
