Refer to repairing manual it said it may be Machine Control Electronics Assembly may be worn. I turn power on, the panel lights up. I would first check to make sure i had the correct voltage going to the dryer.
How do I check the voltage to my electric dryer?

If the voltage is ok then I would check the thermal fuse.
