Took Vent Off And Coil Still Comes On And Then Goes Off. Vent Is Completely Clean Going Outside. Is There Any Other Source That Would Allow The Coil To Come On Then Go Off???

The heating element should cycle on and off, it will not stay on steady when the dryer is working properly.
What kind of problem are you having with your dryer? If it's long dry times I would check the blower housing for lint build up and also remove the drum and inspect behind it for lint build up.

It is in fact, long dry time compared to other same make and kind dryers. Is there any other remedy other than the lint build up in blower housing and build up also behind the drum ????

How long should the coil remain on in the drying cycle? It seems to be shutting down pretty quickly. However, that may just be the way it is supposed to work. It does take a while for things to dry.
