I need to replace the heating element but I don't know how to remove the cabinet. The filter is on the front.

You remove the bottom front panel (under the door) by pressing in on two clips in-between the panel and the door. Once off you should see the element on the right under the drum. Hope this helps! Clothes Dryer Repair Guide

The clips that he is talking about, are at the top of the bottom panel, about 4 inches from each end. It is best to slide a putty knife in there, and it will release the front real easy. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
