maytag gas dryer hums but wont start.. electric smell.
Model Number: MDG9316aww Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
The dryer came with my house so no real idea how old it is.
all of a sudden (no strange noises prior) the dryer will not start. It will Hum but not turn over. when turning the drum by hand it spins but not very smoothly. I get a whiff of something electrical, could be the motor? but im no expert. any advice or trouble shooting would be appreciated. thank you. -Doug Ads By Google Related Models
