Kenmore he2 dryer issue

about 1 week ago dryer stopped drying clother effectivly. two to three cycles to get them dry. i cleaned lint screen / broshed and vac pipe all the way out and cleaned from inside out the back of dryer. dx test f28 and then found my wife tore one sensor bar off not knowing what it was ( or telling me). used timer setting to bypass it and still same...removed blower assly no lint and turned unit on blower wheel moving fine and blowing ....? does entire coil heat up cause seems that intermittently i can see that front part of coil not red. any suggestions appreciated

Could you explain what you mean by this?

Did you replace the sensor bar yet?
If not try replacing it.
