Well, difficult to say without a model number, but generally this is a Whirlpool dryer sold under the Inglis name. If it is a U.S. model you should be able to take off the back by unscrewing it and removing it, which will expose the fuses.
If this is not a U. S. model then you may need some other instructions. If you need addtional info try to find the model number (inside the door, on the back of the console??) and post again. Good luck.
