dryer won't tumble

Model Number: FER211AS2 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years

My dryer drum will not turn.I tried turning it by hand and it won't move.When i tried turning it on it hums but thats about all.Please help.it is only about 2 years old.thank you.
