Ok folks. Just finished cleaning/rearranging the garage, winterizing the boat and had a great feeling of accomplishment. I walked in the garage door hoping to grab a glass of tea/prop my feet up and my wife said "Dryer quit working". :) She said it had stopped mid cycle.

Anyway... I think I have it narrowed down but need some expert input.

I checked the door switch, thermal couples, start button, ect. All seem to be working ok. I found the wiring diagram under the console and started checking the timer. I pulled the timer off have it on the bench.

Diagram says when the timer is set to auto/high T-X C-B and C-A should be closed.
I get tone on the meter at T-X but not on C-B or C-A. My assumption is this bad boy is toast.

Before I buy one from here.. just want to double check.

update.. just checked the other settings and all of them say C-B/C-A should show as closed. On all settings those 2 points are opens.

Thanks
Ray

Yes it sounds like the timer is toast.
