Default Dryer does not get hot
Model Number: TEDL660W   Brand: Estate   Age: 5 - 10 years

Dryer stoped getting hot or warm and does not dry the clothes. It is cold inside the dryer. I have reset the breaker (it was not tripped) and same problem exists. I have replaced the heating element before. Is it the element? Prior to this it was taking a while to dry clothes although after a few cycles the clothes were hot when taken out.

A major cause of failure to heat is a blocked vent which will shortly destroy the heating element, please check.
