We have a whirlpool duet dryer maybe three years old. The conrols that operate the dryer started acting up,would not turn on all the time without pushing the 'control on button' severial times. If it did come on it would start without pushing the 'the hold to start button'. It is not showing any code and then it has quit running all together. Is the problem in the user interface(biscuit)? If so, how do you remove it? It calls for part# AP3775714 interface.

About the best we can do at this point is provide you with the service manual and see if you can isolate the problem.

It probably will come down to the control unit, not because of anything in particular, it's just that the board is the weak link in the system and because it is an expensive part.

Here is the manual

Good luck and let us know what you find out.
