dryer working fine last night wife went out to do laundry tonight and dryer no longer getting hot! anyone have any ideas?

you might want to check your ingitor. sound like it might be worn out

thats what i thought to but im having another problem intermitantly the timer is not working! are the timer and the ignitor at all related to each other?

are these two parts at all related to one another? timer seems to not be working now off and on! my wife finally told me the dryer stayed on all night the other night would this cause the ignitor to fail?
