when you try turning the dryer on it comes on then shuts right down and there is a display in the digital timer box of PF there is power to the dryer and all the safety switches are good

Well, PF means the system is not getting power, but it seems like you have checked that out. I would reset the breakers anyway, just to make sure.

Your problem can be the control board, the wiring, the door switch, the motor relay or the motor or some other thing. (You can see how useful the diagnostic code is).

You can certainly check the door switch for continuity, and inspect the wiring, but changing out the motor or the control board are about the only way to check them, and that is expensive and neither or both are guaranteed as a fix. The control board is a more likely solution (of course it is the most expensive)
