Model Number: 110.67862600 Brand: Kenmore Age: Less than 1 year
I have a kemore dryer that has auto moisture sensing plus and wrinkle guard. From the very beginning (4 months ago) the AMS plus cycle has not dryed clothes. The wrinkle guard 3 does not prevent wrinkles either. Our older GE did both great before it kicked the bucket. I called Sears repair and was told to wipe the sensors clean. They told me that I would find them inside the dryer under the lint filter housing. I cannot find them. Can some one please help to find the sensors? Or, am I another consumer duped by Sears.
