Model Number: WCSR2090G2WW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
the gears for both the "load size" and "method" (whites, casuals, etc.) do not function properly. The 'water temp" dial works fine. I am assuming that this is one unit for all 3 dials. The "load size" dial is dead and will not go to any other options besides "large". The "method" dial seems to not only have options with turning the dial (have to force it around), but the timing mechanism seems off based upon times to do loads on various settings versus "normal time".
