Well, here's the problem.
There are too many things that could be wrong with your machine, the main way to determine which one is the problem it to replace the parts one by one until you find the one that fixes it, and most of them are expensive. So, the first thing you want to do it to check out all of the wiring, starting with the current coming into the machine. You are looking for a loose connection, or a partially broken wire or a frayed wire that is shorting out occasionaly. Use a meter to test continuity and shake the wiring that you are testing to try and find the temporary break or loose connection. You really want to be thorough, because if you do not find it, the next step will be to start replacing parts. The two most likely suspects are the main electronics control board and the touch pad console board, both of which are expensive. Good luck and let us know what you find and post your model number.
