Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL KEYS850JQ0 | AppliancePartsPros.com Here is a wiring diagram https://www.servicematters.com/docs/...%203406681.pdf Could be the door switch, the push-to-start relay or the temp fuse. Fuse is Item 6 in Section 3, mounted to the back of the blower. Unplug the unit, unplug one wire going to the fuse and check the fuse for continuity. Since you checked power I am assuming you have a meter. Replace it as it is a critical safety device. If it is blown clean the interior of the machine including the blower wheel. Also clean and check your vent system. These are the most common causes for it blowing though there are others.
