Maytag MDE5500AYW repair problem
Model Number: MDE5500AYW Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
I have the maytag front load MDE5500AYW that stopped to work a few weeks ago. The interesting part is that if I unplug the power cord of the dryer, and then plug it back right away, it will work fine for the next cycle, then it will come with the beeping sound until I unplug it again.
Tried to get the diagnosis code following the directions on the manual, without any luck. Pressed "damp dry" + (-), but nothing happened. Any thought about which part should be replaced? Thanks. Jim Ads By Google Related Models Last edited by wang0433 : 10-27-2011 at 06:29 PM.
