Dryer Repair
Model Number: eed4500doww Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
My wife tried to start our dryer this morning and when attempting to start it she was getting a buzzing sound (kinda sounded like an electrial buzzing) but the dryer would not start. Can anyone point me in the right direction to start investigating this.

Open the door and hold the door switch and have someone turn the start knob. While they hold the start knob turn the tub by hand. If it starts use it and if it does it again you may have motor problems. If when you do this the tub will not turn there may be something hung in the fan blade. GE Dryer Not Running Repair Guide
