So last week I did laundry. Put load in dryer pushed start button and got dr code on led. This happened once before maybe 8 mos a go. Repair man at that time said it was the door switch. So I bought a switch and installed it. Same problem . . .obviously not the switch. Sometimes it will come on long enought to do a load. Sometimes it comes on for 5-10 min stops say pau and then when I push start button says dr. I called kenmore. Young man said to push the pause button for 20 seconds and a code would come up . . .it did E65. The young man said "I don't know what that is my book does not have a E65" you will have to call a repair man. (He charged $200 for service call and labor for a $4.50 part) I can change out every part in the dryer for that kind of money. So what it comes down to is what is a code E65.
