Clothes are not dry

Model Number: GEW9200LW1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years

For some reason my dryer will run, get hot, but my clothes are not dry. I always have to run it twice and sometimes three times. I replaced the thermistor and still having the same problem. As far as venting goes, I have checked the hose and where it comes out (outside), seems to be venting fine. Any suggestions?
