Did you check the circuit for the thermal fuse on the blower housing, it should be a closed circuit at all times, if it opened, you won't have power to the motor.
The start switch circuit is a "momentary" circuit, It is an open circuit, and closes, when the start button is pressed in, or held and opens as soon as you release the button. It's probably not the issue.
The blue wire at the timer and buzzer becomes a neutral circuit when the timer reaches the off increment in the cycle, when the motor stops rotating, the circuit opens, this allows the momentary buzzer to sound at the end of the cycle.
