Default clothes getting stuck in my dryer
Model Number: FSE447GHS0   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: 5 - 10 years

My dryer has been catching clothes in the front. They catch between the drum and the front of the dryer. I've been told I need to get a new gasket and a new drum slide assembly. Does this sound right, and how difficult is the install?

In order to fix this problem you have to replace the felt and the glide assembly and the lower basket seal.

The job is not very complicated. To get access to both parts remove the top and the front panels.

- The part number for the felt and the glide assembly AP2150497

- The part number for the lower basket seal AP2143044

- Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire dryer Model FSE447GHS0

Thanks! I'll get the parts and try to fix it. I think I can handle it but if I get stuck I'll let y'all know. I appreciate the tip!
