RCA dryer has been in storage for 4 months. I got it back and the start switch was broken off. I replaced the start switch. The dryer now runs, but will not heat.

Your Model Number seems to be missing a couple digits
BJLR473(missing 2 digits) o(this should be zero not o) WW
2 digit possibilities I can find are ET, EV, GT or Gv
E for electric and G for gas units

I think this is really a GE unit so finding any useful info on the net is difficult.

Do you have the wiring diagram?
Could be a thermal fuse is blown or the heater.
