No idea how old the thing is. bought it off craigslist in a set for $200.
it's not heating up. I'd like to know how to troubleshoot it. If the problem is the heating element, I'd rather not pay for the parts and just buy a new one. if it's the thermostat/fuse, I'd like to do it myself.

First and foremost, I don't even know how to open the cabinet so if you could answer that first that would be great.
