Kenmore washer will not tumble or spin
Model Number: 417.40142000 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a washer that wull just fill up with water and set there. It does not advance...you can turn it to spin but it will just pump out the water. No spin no agitate or tumble. I think that it might be that control board but I do not know how to test it or the motor. That tech sheet under the tub is missing. I think that my wife put it somewhere but she does not know where.
