My dryer was moved to a new home. It worked perfect, then started to get moisture inside the drum an door. Then it quit working. The control panel will not light on or for me to start it. I have taken the front panel off an am getting ready to replace the two "fuses" on the blower housing, but am concerned about all the moisture. I've checked the dryer vents all look clean, what could be doing this??

I had this same issue and thought something was fried in my controls. I unplugged the unit for 2 days and had the door open to hang towels from the pool to dry. The day before A&E was coming to repair, I plugged back in the dryer and to my surprise, it worked great. Then I started to think- it's July, very humid outside with high dew points, I had some condensation inside my dryer (on window) - i must of had some moisture in my electronics and leaving the door open (allowing air conditioned air from my house inside the unit) must have allowed those electronic controls to dry out. I investigated a bit further and found I had some lint build up not allowing my outside flap to fully close on my exterior vent, hence humid, outside air was constantly pouring into the dryer.
I fixed (cleaned) the exterior vent and replaced the lint hose for good measure and the unit has run perfectly since.
I am not a technician and just a semi-handy homeowner, but I thought I would share my experience in case it helps - so best of luck!

Charley, Thanks for the info. I replaced the fuses and also the wireing harness to the sensors and even the sensors! It dryed ONE load! LOL! (my luck I guess) and promptly died. I did check my lint trap and noticed that the hose to the outside is really crimped,...I think I'll replace that too while it's 'drying out" the electronics. I hope seriously that this is it. I don't want to have to replace the control panel, although now when I pinch the fuses together to see if the thermistor is working,...it doesn't do anything at all!...wish me luck! I'll keep you posted..Thanks again!-Stacey;)

Charley, you were right on the money!! I'm a bit impatient so I used my blow dryer on the controls and it started right up! I've been leaving the unit unplugged and it works fine. I know I have to take down my existing exhaust tube and make sure nothing has made a nest in it, but for now...good!! Thanks again!-Stacey:D
