When I push the start button I get one beep and the dryer will not start. i checked the thermal fuse and it is okay. I checked the door switch and it is ok. I checked the thermistor and if I checked it correctly, it is okay. What else could it be? I noticed when I opened the front panel there was a carpet of lint on the floor of the dryer and what seem to be some brown (burnt) residue around some of the wiring. Would this be caused by a short? Please help. Thanks.
