Difficult starting dryer
Model Number: DDE7500VELWH Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
Dryer starts only after pressing the start button for 10-15 seconds on the first drying cycle. The motor does not engage quickly. Once the motor engages, it goes on for the full dry cycle. Starting a second dry cycle does not present any problem. However, there have been times when the dryer has stopped in the middle of the cycle and then it takes 20-30 minutes before it can be restarted.
Is it the motor, the motor relay switch or something else? Thanks. Ads By Google Related Models
