I have a Inglis by Whirlpool dryer. The drum still turns but there is no heat and the knob isn't going through the cycles. Any suggestions?

Brina,

If you haven't yet, check the breakers in the power panel, make sure both breakers are reset and holding.

Then,

You most likely have an open heater element or hi limit thermostat or thermal fuse.

You'll need to unplug the power cord and slide the dryer out to get behind it. remove the rear panel assembly(be careful of the sharp edges). All the components are located and attached to the inlet flume, on the right side of the cabinet back.

Good Luck,

:) :) :)
