AP3132867 is the thermal fuse, Its located on the blower housing at the rear of the dryer, Its WHITE and has 2 small blue wires going to it, You can check it with a meter if you have one, If its circut is open, replace the fuse and check to make sure that the dryer is not over-heating!!!

If the thermal fuse is not bad, check the door switch. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL LE5795XPW0 | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a wiring diagram
https://www.servicematters.com/docs/...%203388067.pdf

You have to find out where the buzzing is coming from.

If it is the timer itself could be the timer's gears are messed up.
Perhaps try a couple different cycle types.

If it is from the main motor could be it is running but the belt is broken.
The unit will heat up and blow air but the drum will not rotate.

If it is the main motor and it will not start up, could be the motor is shot.
Rotate the drum by hand, it should turn fairly easily. This checks to see if the drum is jammed for some reason.
This may take two people
Hold the door switch closed
Push the start switch and rotate the drum in the correct direction.
Watch your knuckles in case it start up.
If it starts odds are high that your motor is shot

Please start your own thread using POST NEW TOPIC at the start of this section with your Model Number and a description of the problem.
Does the unit make any noise when you try to start it?
What have you tried if anything?
