rotation on dryer
Model Number: keys750jq0 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
the dryer drum will not turn. i can move it backwards but it cannot move forward. I cleaned out the back but the drum still wont move. What should I do?

Remove the top and the front panels. Remove the drum and inspect the motor, the idler pulley, the belt and the drum support rollers. Replace any worn out parts. This Service manual might help too.
