Dryer Drum Not Spinning
Model Number: LG5701XMN1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
The drum inside my dryer is not spinning the clothes when it is turned on. There is definitely heat coming out into the dryer (it is gas). I checked the outside vent and it doesn't appear to be clogged and the lint tray is always cleaned.
This dryer was here when I moved in (I am only renting) so I have no idea how old it is? It is Whirlpool Large Capacity 5cycle 3 temp heavy duty. It looks very old I would say at least 15+years. The serial # F40903255. Any ideas?? The landlord will not fix it if broken so I am trying to see if I can repair myself. Thank you Danielle Straub dstraub5@comcast.net
