My dryer won't completely dry after a full cycle. I cleaned the exhaust vent and the internal ductwork. The blower is working. The heater comes on when i start it up but shuts after only 10-15 seconds. It comes on after about 3 minutes but shuts off after 5-10 seconds. I think this may be the problem. Any suggestions. I am drying a medium load.

This is a very rare problem for an electric dryer but if I had to guess what part is failing I'd suggest this part.
